Mainland Headwear Group’s manufacturing facilities are located in Shenzhen and Dhaka Bangladesh, with total site area and workforce over 100,000 sq. meter and 6,280 respectively. Well-equipped with extensive in-house capabilities and state-of-the-art equipment and machineries, the Group introduces professional techniques like embroidery, print, de-boss, laser, wash, flocking and sublimation, to manufacture a wide range of licensed casual headwear products including baseball caps, bucket hats, winter caps, Gatsby hats, headbands and sun visors.
Among its well-known customers are New Era, Warner Brothers, NBA, MLB, NHL、CLC、NASCAR、Callaway、Under Armour and Titleist etc. Currently, the Group produces over 30 million hats annually in more than 5,000 brand new designs, establishing the leading position in the licensed casual headwear market.
In 2008, the Group signed a seven-year manufacturing agreement with New Era, the largest and fastest growing headwear manufacturer in the US. In which, the minimum order value of the procurement contracts increase to US$35,000,000, US$40,000,000 and US$45,000,000 respectively between 2012 and 2014, bringing a stable and substantial income stream to the Group. In 2014, the Group extended the strategic partnership with New Era by signing a five-year manufacturing agreement.
In 2019, the Group completed the acquisition of Aquarius Ltd., a leading accessories supplier in the USA. The acquisition marked a step forward in strengthening and expanding the Group’s existing business segment by widening the spectrum from headwear to the accessories segment.
